Happy Friday! Man, we have accomplished so much in just ten days, haven’t we? You should be proud of yourself! We’ve got our calendars and schedules set up, meal plans and grocery lists organized, chores assigned, important dates documented, home maintenance and cleaning scheduled, logins and passwords stored, and we’ve started saving those home decor items we want for future projects! *whew*
We are taking our Home Decor Wish List to the next level with today’s free printable – Home Project Planner.
How to use it:
(Bloggers take note, there will be a similar page just for blog project planning coming your way at the end of the month!)
Personally, I love this page. I have notebooks filled with project ideas, for both my home and my blog, so this little beauty comes in handy when I’m ready to get to work (or put my hubby to work, as it were). *ahem*
The Home Project Planner is great for projects large or small. Let’s say you want to revamp a bookcase. Write a description of your project at the top, then list the supplies you’ll need to complete it. You can take the whole sheet with you when you shop, and check off the supplies as you get them.
Then make your plan. This is where you will write step-by-step instructions for your project so you can stay on track. Similarly to yesterday’s Home Decor Wish List, if you have a photo of a similar project that serves as your “inspiration”, add that to the page protector with your Home Project Planner.
I’ve also added a pocket in my folder behind my Home Project Planner to keep notes and things. Currently my folder has plans for our future deck in it.
What will you work on next? Grab your Home Project Planner and get to work!
