The final printable in our Family/Personal Info section is a simple Address Book for you to keep all of your contact information of your friends and family handy.
How to use it:
In addition to the usual sections for name, address, and phone number, I have also added a place to list the names of the children in the family, email addresses and any notes, such as birthdays or anniversaries, gift ideas, etc. I don’t know about you, but I have several friends who have more than one child and I honestly can’t always remember their kid’s names. And I feel terrible!
For our closest friends, I like to write down the birth dates of their children to remind me of upcoming birthday parties, and to help me budget for gifts. (Add these to your Monthly Calendar, too!)
There are two pages to this printable. The first page says “Address Book” at the top, so use that page to begin this section. Then print as many of the second page as you need to complete your address book.
Below is the two-page printable Address Book for today. Enjoy!
