We continue our Special Occasion section of our Family Binder today with a Vacation Planner! Who doesn’t love a good vacation, right? But the planning part is not so fun – you just want your toes in the sand!
Make life a bit easier and use a Vacation Planner. All the details in one place (and it’s pretty!).
How to use it:
Use the section on the top right to map out your budget for all the basic categories – flights, hotel, etc. There are a few blank spots to add your own. Use the section on the top left to keep up with all those details, like flight numbers, car rental reservations, etc.
The section in the middle will help you keep up with what to pack. Everybody knows to pack clothes and toiletries, but those random things you think of in the middle of the night, like your phone charger or extra camera memory card…write that down.
Finally, there is a “Notes” section at the bottom. This is a great place to keep phone number or addresses of important places, or maybe a favorite restaurant you want to make sure you visit.
Keep this in your binder as you plan your vacation, then grab it when you pack your carry-on bags so you have everything you need at your fingertips.
