If you haven’t already done so, make a list of 30 people for whom you are thankful, and a brief little note to yourself as to why you are thankful for them.
Get out your stationary, make your own cards, or got to bhg.com/freshthanks to download theirs – you’ll need 30 of them, duh.
I recommend using your calendar for this part. Schedule your thanks. Assign one person on your list for each day in November. Obviously, mail isn’t picked up on Sundays, so you can either send 2 on Saturdays or 2 on Mondays. Whatever you want.
Get to writing! Make it heartfelt, honest, and sweet. It doesn’t have to be long-winded or fancy, but I highly recommend sending hand-written notes.
