ONE MORE WEEK TIL SUMMER BREAK!!! Good gracious, y’all, things have been insane around here. I have SO MUCH on my to-do list before I leave on June 1st for Ireland, and of course I got sick this week. It’s always when you’re busiest that you get sick, right? Ugh. Anyway, that didn’t stop me from putting together this week’s quick & easy meal plan!
Each weekly meal plan includes four dinner recipes and one dessert or breakfast recipe. I don’t like spending hours in the kitchen, and recipes with a ton of ingredients scare me, so these recipes are all quick & easy, and I provide a free printable shopping list with each meal plan. QUICK & EASY MEAL PLAN #7
DINNER #1: CROCK POT HAWAIIAN CHICKEN
Three ingredients and dinner is done!
DINNER #2: ONE POT ORZO WITH SHRIMP & FETA
Do you even cook with orzo? I forget about orzo and quinoa but they’re so good!
DINNER #3: BLACK N’ BLUE GRILLED STEAK SALAD
Ok listen – the recipe for this includes the recipe for the homemade croutons and homemade salad dressing. However, I’m using store bought croutons & salad dressing because #quickandeasy.
DINNER #4: ORANGE CHILI GRILLED CHICKEN
There have to be a bajillion ways to make chicken. Gotta love it.
DESSERT: THE BEST OREO CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES
I LOVE Oreo’s! These bite-sized treats will be great to keep on hand.
