Happy Memorial Day weekend friends! School is OUT for the summer, and we are only a few days away from our big trip to Ireland & England! While I’m fiendishly wrapping up my to-do list and packing for two weeks in Europe (EEK!), we’ve still gotta eat, right?! Let’s get to this week’s meal plan!
Each weekly meal plan includes four dinner recipes and one dessert or breakfast recipe. I don’t like spending hours in the kitchen, and recipes with a ton of ingredients scare me, so these recipes are all quick & easy, and I provide a free printable shopping list with each meal plan. QUICK & EASY MEAL PLAN #8
DINNER #1: EASY GRILLED HONEY-GARLIC RIBS
It’s not Memorial Day without a cookout, right? We love ribs on the grill, and they’re perfect for nibblin’. You could even serve up this Grilled Corn with Cilantro-Lime Butter.
DINNER #2: APPLES & CHEDDAR CHICKEN SALAD
CHEESE!!! And APPLES!!! YUM!
DINNER #3: GRILLED HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS
You got some brown sugar in here, some ginger, and of course, pineapple. It’s like a party in your mouth!
DINNER #4: TACO PASTA
Easy & yummy one pan meal!
DESSERT: SUMMER BERRY CHEESECAKE SALAD
This would be good for a snack, dessert, or to serve in a big batch at a cookout!
