I kind of have this little love affair going on in my kitchen y’all. It’s with my slow cooker – that sucker just makes meal time so much easier for me! And being a Southerner, I’ve found tons of delicious Southern food that can be prepared in my slow cooker, so that’s a double win! The Crafted Collective this week is packed full of 60 Slow Cooker Recipes to make your dinners, desserts, and everything in between, less of a burden and way more delicious!
As always, take a moment to visit each one of my cohosts for The Crafted Collective:

I hope you came hungry! I know I’ll be adding these to my dinner rotation this week! Enjoy!
Low Country Shrimp Boil
Being from Savannah, this was a regular meal at our house. I can’t wait to try this version!
Creamed Corn
(Oh my BUTTER!)
Shredded Chicken
You could cook this on Sunday and eat from it for lunch all week!
Beef & Guinness Irish Stew
(I love beef AND Guinness…get in my belly!)
Boiled Peanuts
I could eat these every freakin’ day. Tons of salt, too.
Southern Green Beans
(As if there’s any other kind…)
Southern Black Eyed Peas
(Fergie with a Southern drawl y’all)
Cheese Grits
CHEEEEESSSE
Ham & White Beans
(I think it’s safe to say that meat + beans + slow cooker = YUM!)
Chicken & Dumplins
(Yes, it’s dumplins with no “g” because SOUTHERN)
Meatloaf
(I can hear Randy now: “Meatloaf, beetloaf double smeatloaf”. But I love meatloaf!)
If these recipes don’t satisfy your appetite, no worries. There are 45 more in this collection. Just pop over to each of my cohosts blogs for their list of slow cooker goodness:

My mouth is watering with the trip down memory lane when many of these dishes were slow cooked on the back burner by my momma. I love my slow cokker too! Have a great weekend! Linda
