Earlier last week, I got the latest edition of Kraft Food & Family magazine, which I love, and saw an ad for the new Jell-O University Molds. I seriously got a little twinge of excitement y’all, because I am all about some college football, and who doesn’t love Jell-O, am I right? So to have these two things together in a tailgating food frenzy? Yes please! Sign me up!!
Before I go any further, I need to get something off my chest. Excuse me for a moment:
“Glory, glory to Old Georgia,
Glory, glory to Old Georgia,
Glory, glory to Old Georgia,
G-E-O-R-G-I-A!”
GOOOOOO DAWGS!!! SIC ‘EM!!! WOOF WOOF!!
*ahem* Ok, I feel better now.
Obviously, I’m a huge Georgia Bulldog fan, so it’s no surprise that I got myself some Georgia Bulldogs Jell-O University Molds to add to the flair of our tailgating experience. But I wanted to put my own twist on them and make something extra yummy!
Bask in the glow of this awesome-sauce. You’ll need to grab one of these bad boys to make this Georgia {Almost} No-Bake Jell-O Strawberry Cheesecake. The kit comes with two mold trays and four packs of Jell-O.
Make the Jell-O molds according to package directions, then pop them in the fridge for about three hours, until firm. In the meantime…
…grab the following ingredients to make your crust.
* 2 cups pretzel pieces
* 1/3 cup butter, melted
* 1/4 cup sugar
Mix it all together, then press into a lightly greased 13×9 pan.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
Next, grab these ingredients:
To make the cheesecake filling combine:
* 12 oz. cream cheese
* 2 Tbsp. milk
* 1/4 cup sugar
Combine in a mixer and then…
Mix it real good! HAHA – sorry, I’m a dork.
Once it’s mixed well, add a whole big fat container of whipped cream.
Fold into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.
After your crust has cooled, carefully spread the cream cheese mixture on top, then place the whole pan in the fridge until your Jell-O is set.
Once the Jell-O has set, you’ll need to use a knife to slide around the edges and pop each piece out of the mold. It’s super easy, and they look awesome!
Let’s take a close look at these gorgeous bits of Jell-O goodness, y’all. Look at the detail on that Georgia G and UGA’s sweet bulldog face! Jell-O even made sure he has his spiked collar! So stinkin’ cool.
Ok, let’s finish this cake, shall we? Just pop these Jell-O pieces on top of your cheesecake, then EAT IT! YAY!
Isn’t it pretty?! Now you and I both know you’ll be the hit of the tailgate party when you bring this scrumptious and fan-tastic (punny!) treat!
The salty pretzel crust cuts the sweet of the cheesecake mixture, but it’s such a delicious combination! Just don’t try singing the fight song with your mouth full of Jell-O!

So fun!! I’ll have to grab some of these for football season 🙂
Cute little jello molds and the recipe for just the cheese cake with pretzels looks so good and
not very many ingredients at all and it’s a snap to put it all together.
Maybe they’ll do NFL teams next 😉
Yep! And super easy, too 🙂

I have to impor Jell-O to make this cake >.<
Such an easy recipe!! I love those new college molds, hoping Jello comes out with NFL molds! I would love the Carolina Panthers! 🙂
Cheesecake is one of our favorite desserts in our house. I like how you used pretzels for the crust. Very creative!
Who doesn’t love cheesecake!? So good! Seriously, that pretzel crust could be a snack all by itself. Thanks Stacey!
I hope so, too! We need Detroit Lions for sure!
