I started using The Happy Planner for memory keeping in June 2018 to document my 40th year and the first year in our lakehouse, and I've fallen in love with this style of memory keeping!
MEMORY KEEPING IN THE HAPPY PLANNER
I have always been the documenter of our family. I have big picture albums from all the back to my own childhood, and albums I created in high school and college.
After my daughter Marley was born, I made a few more traditional albums, then switched to Shutterfly albums when digital cameras came along.
Then I used Project Life albums for three years, which I loved, but stopped making time for them a few years ago.
It’s been a while since I’ve kept up with our photos and memories, but I’m happy to be memory keeping again, and I really love The Happy Planner for that purpose!

One of my favorite aspects of memory keeping in The Happy Planner are the STICKERS!! I originally purchased two sticker books with basic stickers in them, but I’ve since added to my collection and have about 8 books now. My inner 8-year old is squealing with joy!

I’m still learning different tricks and techniques to develop a style all my own, like making my monthly layouts a bit cleaner.
But I honestly love looking back on these pages. It’s a fun way to document our family’s lives!
