I am so glad the weather has finally decided to stick to one season around here. The warm spring temperatures make me want to get outside more often, and eat fresh, so the meal plans over the next few weeks will definitely incorporate some grilling recipes and yummy salads! Hope you don’t mind. Ready for this week’s meal plan? Let’s do it!

Each weekly meal plan includes four dinner recipes and one dessert or breakfast recipe. I don’t like spending hours in the kitchen, and recipes with a ton of ingredients scare me, so these recipes are all quick & easy, and I provide a free printable shopping list with each meal plan. You’re welcome.
QUICK & EASY MEAL PLAN #6
DINNER #1: GRILLED SHRIMP BOIL PACKETS

I was raised in south Georgia, Savannah to be exact, and shrimp boils were a staple every summer. I love the idea of throwing everything in a foil packet and tossing them on the grill!
DINNER #2: TEX MEX CHICKEN CHOPPED SALAD

When I make salads as a meal, I have to make sure they’re meaty and filling for my husband to eat them. This one looks like it fits the bill!
DINNER #3: BUFFALO CHICKEN SLIDERS

Made with rotisserie chicken, these sliders basically give you the night off from cooking! SIDE NOTE: The recipe is for 2 servings so check the original recipe post and make adjustments in the shopping list accordingly.
DINNER #4: BACON WRAPPED MINI MEATLOAF

I’ll be serving this with ready-made mashed potatoes and Italian-style green beans from a can. No judgment here – just easy and yummy dinners.
DESSERT: NO BAKE STRAWBERRY LEMONADE PIE

You don’t have to heat up the oven to make this delicious pie that has all the flavors of summer!
